Jade and Nathan's Wedding at Lexington Oaks Golf Club
Journal and Imagery by wedding photographers in Tampa Popping Champaign Photography.
It was a cloudy day in February when Nathan and Jade exchanged their vows in front of a beautiful lake at Lexington Oaks Golf Club. Jade, who is from the Philippines, looked stunning in her custom-made wedding dress from DesMillan PH as she walked down the aisle with her long dark hair flowing behind her. Nathan couldn't take his eyes off of her as he waited anxiously at the altar.
As the couple said their "I do's," the clouds above seemed to part, allowing the sun to peek through and add a touch of warmth to the otherwise chilly day. The ceremony was intimate, with only close friends and family in attendance, and the love between the couple was palpable. After the ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated with a traditional Pittsburgh wedding filled with love, laughter, delicious food and an abundance of cookies!
One of the highlights of the reception was the cookie table, a beloved tradition in Pittsburgh weddings. The table was overflowing with a variety of homemade cookies made by Nathan's mother, which had everything from classic chocolate chip to elaborately decorated sugar cookies. Guests couldn't resist filling up their plates with their favorites and many even took home a few to enjoy later.
But the fun didn't stop there. Just when everyone thought the night couldn't get any better, the bride and groom surprised their guests with an impromptu dance performance immediately following their grand entrance. Nathan and Jade had been secretly taking dance lessons in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and they wowed the crowd with their smooth moves.
As the evening wound down, the couple played a classic wedding game called The Shoe Game. In this game, the bride and groom sit back to back and hold one of their shoes. A member of the wedding party asks questions about the couple, and they hold up the shoe of the person they think the answer applies to. This hilarious game had everyone in stitches as the couple revealed secrets about their relationship.
Nathan and Jade's wedding was a truly memorable celebration filled with heartfelt moments. From the cookie table to the surprise dance and The Shoe Game, it was a night that their friends and family will never forget, and it was a beautiful day that the Nathan and Jade will always remember as the day they started their journey together as husband and wife.

"Zoe was amazing and easy to work with. She responded to messages timely and asks important questions about the wedding, so she is well-informed. Her website is also great and can find everything you need easily. Payment transactions also went smoothly and she updates you regularly. The quality of the photos are excellent and I absolutely love them all. She also did a blog about our wedding on her website which was incredible. Thank you for giving us wonderful photos that we will surely treasure forever."
