Melisa and Jose's Wedding at Davis Island Garden Club

When a couple decides to have a waterfront wedding, it's a guarantee that their big day will be nothing short of breathtaking. This was certainly the case for Melisa and Jose, the beautiful couple we had the pleasure of working with!

As the sun began to set on the horizon, then Melisa made her way down the aisle in a stunning white gown designed by Isabel O'neil Bridal with her long cathedral veil by Novia Wedding flowing behind her, arm and arm with her father. Jose was beaming as he saw them approaching the altar. Jose was dressed in a classic black velvet suit by AB2B Boutique. The black and white color scheme was carried throughout the elegant event, from the couple's attire to the floral arrangements and decor.

The ceremony took place on the banks of serene Hillsborough Bay at Davis Island Garden Club where you could see the southing water lapping against the shore while hearing the soft and soothing sounds of harp being played by Victoria Garcia. The harp was the perfect accompaniment to the waterfront ceremony taking place. As the guests listened, they were transported to a peaceful place, where the cares of the world melted away as they were lulled by the soothing sounds of the harp. The harp's music made a graceful and elegant addition to the beautiful setting. The couple exchanged vows in front of a delicate white roses in vases at their feet, surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the waterfront setting.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to the reception, which was held outside under the twinkle of string lights, stars, and a radiant full moon. The reception was a truly magical affair, planned by Zografia Mastervasillas and included tables adorned with crisp white linens and beautiful black and white floral centerpieces. Melisa and Jose's wedding cake was a beautiful creation, adorned with two small figurines of the couple's beloved dogs that sat on top of the multi-teared cake. The figures were expertly crafted with every detail of the pets' appearance captured perfectly. The bride and groom were overjoyed when they saw the cake, smiling at the sight of their furry companions represented in such a special way. As they cut into the cake, guests marveled at the attention to detail and the personal touch that the figures added to the dessert. It was a truly unique and memorable addition to the wedding celebration.

As the night went on, guests dined on a delicious meal, toasted the newlyweds, and took to the dance floor to celebrate the happy couple's big day. The music that played during the reception was a diverse blend of American, Turkish, and Mexican influences. The American melodies were energetic and upbeat, the Turkish music was had intricate melodies and rhythms that were filled with the spirit of the country's rich cultural heritage, and the Mexican music brought a spicy and lively flavor to the mix, with its fast-paced beats and vibrant melodies. Together, these diverse sounds played by Grainger Entertainment created a tapestry of music that was both exciting and soothing, a perfect reflection of the multicultural celebration taking place.

A waterfront wedding is the perfect setting for a truly romantic and elegant event, and Melisa and Jose's big day was a testament to that. With a stunning black and white color scheme and a dreamy outdoor reception, it was a truly unforgettable event - one that the they will treasure forever.
