Nousheen and Billy's Autumn Wedding in Dunedin

When it comes to planning the perfect wedding, sometimes all it takes is a little bit of romance and a whole lot of love. That's exactly what Nousheen and Billy discovered when they decided to have a romantic backyard wedding ceremony at Billy's childhood home in Southwest Florida. Nousheen and Billy always knew that they wanted their wedding day to be intimate and personal, so having a relaxed and romantic celebration with their close-knit group of friends and family was exactly what they always dreamed for it to be.

To set the mood for their ceremony, the couple adorned the backyard with soft lighting and romantic details. Hanging lanterns were strung up in parts of the trees, fine tulle hung from their arbor, and babies breath were placed throughout their ceremony space. Nousheen and Billy's florist, Britter's Blooms, arranged beautiful floral arrangements, adding pops of delicate detail and fragrance to the setting.

As the ceremony commenced, the bride and groom exchanged vows beneath a beautiful arch adorned with babies breath and greenery to the sweet sound of soft melodies being played by Elite Signature. The bride wore a beautifully detailed, flowing white gown equipped with tassels and lace designed by Seema Gujral while the groom wore a black suit from Men's Warehouse, designed by Calvin Klein. Surrounded by their loved ones, they exchanged rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife.

After the ceremony, the couple traveled to their reception venue by the Jolley Trolley and their guests enjoyed a delicious meal at Bon Appetit Restaurant, complete with a cake created by Piece of Cake Bakery and variety of savory Bengali deserts. Next to the cake, Nousheen and Billy even had traditional Bengali bride and groom dolls!

After the sun set, the newlyweds danced their first dance in front of windows giving them the most beautiful view of the bay with the twinkle of night stars. Before the end of the night, Billy changed from his suit into a black sherwani, a traditional Bengali outfit. For the next several hours, everyone danced to a mixture of American and Bengali music that had everyone on the dance floor!

As the evening came to a close, the bride and groom couldn't stop smiling, grateful for the perfect romantic backyard wedding ceremony that they had always dreamed of. So, if you're planning your own wedding and are considering a romantic backyard ceremony, don't be afraid to let your unique vision come to life. With a little bit of romance and a whole lot of love, you can create a celebration that's truly special and meaningful.
