Andrew and Ashley's Wedding on Venice Beach

Venice Beach, Florida is known for its laid-back atmosphere and unique bohemian culture, so it's no surprise that our two grooms, Andrew and Ashley, chose to exchange their vows on the sandy shores of this iconic beach.

On a sunny day in February, a small group of family and friends gathered to witness the Andrew and Ashley's union. While there are many reasons why couples choose the wedding dates that they do, Andrew and Ashley chose 2-2-22 as their wedding date as a special tribute to their family. February 2nd was Ashley's grandma's birthday and also Andrew's grandparents' anniversary! Because family is so important to them, Andrew and Ashley had their friends and family stand in a semi-circle around the wedding ceremony, allowing all guests to be front and center in this special moment.

Andrew and Ashley's ceremony, officiated by Rev. Elizabeth Turk, was intimate and heartfelt. The couple's two beloved 5-month-old pups were playing by their sides as Andrew and Ashley exchanged their vows underneath their unforgettable arbor made of driftwood and white roses by Venetian Flowers. After the ceremony, as the sun began to set, Andrew and Ashley took a romantic walk along the beach as they savored their first moments as newlyweds while their guests made their way to their reception.

Their reception was elegantly decorated with sparkling chandeliers, candlelit tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The grooms made their grand entrance to the sound of cheering and applause, and immediately went into their first dance together as husbands. Andrew and Ashley's love and joy was infectious, and everyone in attendance had a truly unforgettable time celebrating with them. It was a day that none of their loved ones will ever forget, and a testament to the enduring power of love.

Throughout the evening, guests were entertained by great music by DJ Scotty Dog and dancing on the decorative dance floor provided by All Event Rental. The guests had tons of delicious food provided by Gold Rush BBQ and Publix wedding cake.

Andrew and Ashley's beachside wedding was a unique and unforgettable celebration of their love. Venice Beach may be known for its laid-back atmosphere, but for these two grooms, it was the perfect setting to declare their love and commitment to one another.
