Our process of serving our couples is truly exciting because it allows your values, wants and needs to be heard, understood and captured. We take great pride in getting to know you and your love story, strategically planning for your peace of mind, and preserving every part of your special day through our intention, detail, and art. Authenticity

Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that the best wedding photos are the ones that capture real moments of joy, laughter, and love. We won't just pose you in awkward positions and snap a few shots – we'll work with you to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that allows us to capture genuine emotions and candid moments. Our goal is to create wedding photos that not only look beautiful but also feel authentic and meaningful.

Connection

You are getting married because you and your partner have an incredible connection, and we want to document that! Our process will allow you to feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera by focusing on the connection you two already have. This is a crucial part of our process because it allows us to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you can be your true selves. We'll also focus on capturing the connections between you and your loved ones through out our time with you.

Celebration

Celebration is a big part of any wedding, and we're there to capture all the excitement, emotion, and joy of the day. From the early morning preparations to the last dance at the reception, we'll be there to document every moment and celebrate with you. We'll also focus on capturing all the little details that make your wedding unique, from the flowers to the special touches that you've added to make the day your own.

Our Art, Your Moments

About Our services

Number of Images

We will provide you with all of the best images from your day. The number varies greatly depending on hours of coverage, number of guests, and various other factors. On average, clients are provided with up to 100 images per hour.

Timing

You will be provided up to 5 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your wedding day for you to share with your loved ones! We will deliver your full wedding gallery filled with hand-edited, high resolution digital files within 10 weeks.

Private Online Gallery

You will be provided with your own private, online gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading all of your final images! The online gallery will accessible for one year and provides you with an unlimited amount of downloads. You can also purchase wall art directly from your gallery by using our online storefront.

Individually Hand-Edited Images

We will individually edit every final image being delivered to you in our signature style with light skin retouching and spot removal. Extreme manipulations (such as to the body, face, or hair) may be provided at an additional cost depending on the request. All images provided will be in .jpg format.

Print Release

Your print release allows you to have full control over the personal use of all of your images! All of your images will high-resolution images able to be used in any personal use you see fit. Print them as much as you want in as large as you want want without any watermarks.

Payment

To reserve your wedding date, a nonrefundable payment of $1000 is due. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding date. All payments are able to be made electronically for a seamless booking experience!

Travel

If the location of the wedding and/or engagement is more than 100 miles from Sarasota, Florida (34230), a travel fee may be added to cover cost of travel expenses.

Personalized and Vintage Details

When capturing your wedding story, we will bring some of our own custom stylized details and authentic vintage details to elevate your images! Whether for your flat lays, hanging dress or getting ready images, we bring the following: a vintage brass hanger, ornate hand-mirror, personalized wax seals, ribbon, ring dishes, vintage stamps, and antique keys. We bring all of the best items to make your details pop!
