You are getting married because you and your partner have an incredible connection, and we want to document that! Our process will allow you to feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera by focusing on the connection and love that brought you two together.
From planning to early morning preparations, and your get away car, we'll be there to celebrate you, and cheer you on every step of the way!
Our signature style is whimsical, joyful, and ageless. We are going to provide you with a handcrafted wedding gallery that will stand the test of time, not just be the latest fad.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Reveal
You will be provided up to 5 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your wedding day for you to share with your loved ones! We will deliver your full wedding gallery filled with hand-edited, high resolution digital files within 10 weeks. Albums, prints, and additional orders may take additional time due to design, printing, and shipping!
Private Online Gallery
You will be provided with your own private, online gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading all of your final images! The online gallery will accessible for one year and provides you with an unlimited amount of downloads.
Individually Hand-Edited Images
We individually edit every final image in our signature style with light retouching and spot removal. Extreme manipulations (such as to the body, face, or hair) may be provided at an additional cost depending on the request. All images provided will be in .jpg format.
Number of Images
We will provide you with all of the best images from your day. The number varies greatly depending on hours of coverage, number of guests, and various other factors. On average, clients are provided with up to 100 images per hour.
Print Release
You are able to use your high-resolution images for any personal use in anyway you see fit! Print them as much as you want in as large as you want want without any watermarks.
Vintage Details
To provide an extra vintage touch, we often bring optional details for you to use to elevate your getting ready experience! Whether for your flat lays, hanging dress or getting ready, we often bring brass hangers, hand-mirrors, wax seals, ribbon, and antique keys.
Payment
To reserve your wedding date, a nonrefundable retainer of $1000 is due. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding date. All payments are able to be made electronically for a seamless booking experience!
Travel
If the location of the wedding and/or engagement is more than 100 miles from Sarasota, Florida (34230), a travel fee may be added to cover cost of travel expenses.
Insurance
We are fully insured with a $1 million general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.
