Before the big day, your wedding photographer collaborates closely with you to understand what you're dreaming up for your special day, so we can provide you with a gallery that tells your love story, and includes all of the details, planned moments, and genuine connections of your day as it unfolds. Typically, guests will not collaborate with you to fully understand your preferences or take note of all of your details; most guests will typically only capture select moments that stick out to them.

Guiding Your Day

Wedding days are packed full of mini-events, from getting ready through your sparkling send off! Experienced wedding photographers know how to seamlessly navigate the day, gently directing and orchestrating photo opportunities without disrupting the natural flow of events or getting in the way of important moments. We know how to go quickly go from place to place, where to stand during important moments, how to manage group shots, and how much time all events will take, so we can carefully plan for your portraits and candids to unfold without skipping a beat.

Coordinating with Other Vendors

Wedding photographers work hand-in-hand with other vendors, synchronizing efforts to maintain the flow of events. We liaise with wedding planners, videographers, and venue coordinators, ensuring everyone is on the same page and also work around each others photos. Without having specific people designated to capture your day, guests are likely to impede in each other's photos or unintentionally impede on efforts made by the other vendors.
